Camilla began as a pastry chef — first in laboratories, then in the kitchens of high-end restaurants, where she refined a precise, creative touch. The turning point came during the pandemic: the decision to leave the restaurant world and build something entirely her own, alongside Nicolas, on Lake Como. A chance encounter with a client opened an unexpected door to London, where her natural aptitude for hospitality found its true form. She completed her professional butler training at the British Butler Institute — one of the most prestigious schools in the world for the discipline — and went on to work in private villas along the Amalfi Coast, the French Riviera and Lake Como. Nicolas went straight from school into professional kitchens, building his craft across some of the most respected establishments on Lake Como. When his path crossed with Camilla's during the pandemic, the partnership that followed unlocked a new chapter — including a formative internship in the kitchen of Da Vittorio, one of Italy's most celebrated three-Michelin-star restaurants. Since then, he has led the kitchens of private villas on the Amalfi Coast, in England and on Lake Como. A rigorous technique, an instinct for the seasonal and the local, and a quiet dedication to doing things properly.
